My Applications Page

What This Page Does​

Shows volunteer program applications, statuses, follow-up requests, and how each program state affects Mission access. The application-state guide explains submitted, under-review, changes-requested, approved, rejected, and withdrawn states without showing staff-only review notes. In the Volunteer sidebar, this page is grouped under My Programs so pending applications and approved memberships stay together. When starting a Program application, applicants can save a private draft and resume it later; optional PDF, JPEG, and PNG attachments are restricted to the draft. Disaster-response intake, screening, credential review, and readiness follow-up remain volunteer-facing pending states until staff makes a decision.

How To Use This Page​

  1. Open My Programs.
  2. Choose My Applications from the grouped navigation when you need application status or next-step guidance.
  3. Use the application-state guide to understand submitted, under-review, changes-requested, approved, rejected, and withdrawn states before taking the next action.
  4. Review application status and follow-up requests.
  5. When applying from Browse Programs, use Save draft before leaving if you need more time; reopen the same Program to resume. Attach only the requested PDF, JPEG, or PNG files.
  6. For disaster-response intake, complete requested follow-up while staff reviews intake and credential details.
  7. Open any program needing action or Mission follow-up.
