My Applications Page
Shows volunteer program applications, statuses, follow-up requests, and how each program state affects Mission access. The application-state guide explains submitted, under-review, changes-requested, approved, rejected, and withdrawn states without showing staff-only review notes. In the Volunteer sidebar, this page is grouped under My Programs so pending applications and approved memberships stay together. When starting a Program application, applicants can save a private draft and resume it later; optional PDF, JPEG, and PNG attachments are restricted to the draft. Disaster-response intake, screening, credential review, and readiness follow-up remain volunteer-facing pending states until staff makes a decision.
