Open My Profile and choose Skills & Availability.
Use Availability Planner when guidance asks you to add or sync availability.
Use Skills & Proficiency to add, rank, or update skill evidence.
Use Contextual Guidance to open linked readiness, safety, impact, or growth actions.
Save changes and confirm the guidance item or matching signal updates.
