My Profile Credentials and Compliance Page
What This Page Does
Lets volunteers complete training, open embedded course materials, upload certificates, renew expiring credentials, and download verified transcripts, service certificates, and school-ready service exports.
How To Use This Page
- Open My Profile and choose Credentials & Compliance.
- Use the tab selected by the guidance link when one is provided.
- Use Training to open external or embedded course material and record completion evidence.
- Use Guardian Consent when family or minor participation needs consent review.
- Use Certifications to upload the requested certificate, license, training certificate, waiver, background check proof, or other document.
- Review any pending-date copy before acting; AidOrbit distinguishes expiration, renewal, and verification dates when a program has not published them yet.
- Open the verified service artifact section to choose a transcript, certificate, or service-learning export.
- Download the PDF or CSV format supported for that artifact, and share the verification link when a school, employer, court, or service-learning reviewer needs privacy-safe confirmation.
- Review the status timeline for pending, approved, rejected, expired, or overridden requirements before signing up for restricted Missions.
- When a background check can be started from the page, review and accept the consent prompt before opening the provider flow.
