What This Page Does​

Provides a paid-plan persona-aware natural-language workspace for scoped AidOrbit data answers, product documentation how-to answers, overviews, reports, Mission draft imports, action previews, and confirmation-required next steps.

How To Use This Page​

  1. Confirm the organization is on Launch or higher; Countdown users see upgrade gating instead of the Copilot workspace.
  2. Use Suggested next actions only for organizations on Orbit or higher; Launch users keep base Copilot chat and prompt shortcuts without ranked next-action cards.
  3. Open AI Copilot from the active persona navigation.
  4. Confirm the selected persona and organization or program scope before asking a question.
  5. Use New chat to start a separate conversation, or open chat history to resume a saved conversation from the active persona scope.
  6. Use the Prompt Library button beside New chat, chat history, and preferences to browse outcome-focused prompts that apply to the selected persona and permitted scope; categories with no available prompts are hidden.
  7. Use Create Mission from file or email to start an import review, then attach a supported file or paste the email content into the composer.
  8. Ask how-to questions such as how to create a Mission, update GoodNearby, review requirements, or use a page; Copilot answers from visible AidOrbit product documentation before falling back to operational data or action workflows.
  9. Ask for an overview, data answer, report, Mission draft, communication draft, operational next step, or a scoped volunteer, Mission, or Event lookup.
  10. For calendar Events, ask to create an Event and use the New Event form action; for service work with shifts, roles, and registrations, ask for a Mission draft.
  11. When Copilot returns a Volunteer, Mission, or Event row, use the linked name or Open action to launch the authorized record in a new tab.
  12. Review the answer scope, filters, redaction notice, rows, and next actions before relying on the result.
  13. Use preview and confirmation controls for Mission draft creation, exports, messages, or other risky actions.
  14. Saved chats remain available for up to 60 days after the last message, then AidOrbit deletes them automatically.
