Mission Command Page

What This Page Does​

Shows the live Mission operations console with organization-scoped active Missions, map context, Android telemetry, battery readiness, alerts, AI Assist weather visibility and alert summaries, logistics readiness, communications, roster, persisted tracking policy, and activity logging. Program Leaders and Program Staff with Mission Command access can open it from Programs navigation. When no active Mission exists, Mission Command shows an empty state that links to the Missions & Events calendar so staff can create or schedule a Mission. ICS forms, COMU status, ICS 205, and incident-command framing appear only when the selected Mission requires ICS / Incident Command.

How To Use This Page​

  1. Open Live Mission Control from Programs navigation or open Mission Command directly.
  2. Review AI Assist Weather for shift-level visibility, wind, precipitation, and weather alerts before sending day-of updates.
  3. If there is not an active Mission, use Open Missions & Events to go to the calendar and create or schedule a Mission.
  4. Select the active Mission available to the current organization and program scope.
  5. Review active status, elapsed time, tracked count, alert state, logistics readiness, resource shortages, data freshness, map points, roster status, and any load or authorization errors shown in the console.
  6. Use Full Screen to enter focus mode, which condenses the navigation rail while keeping critical actions available.
  7. Use general Mission operations for routine programs such as pet shelter shifts: live positions, geofences, routes, pins, logistics, telemetry, event filters, alerts, roster, activity notes, communications, and policy context.
  8. Open Mission Logistics to track supplies, staging, transport, requests, issue records, returns, and shortage flags without enabling ICS.
  9. When the Mission requires ICS / Incident Command, use Open ICS Forms or the ICS controls for COMU status, ICS forms, ICS 205 communications plan, logistics-backed resource summaries, and ICS-specific exports.
  10. Use Send Mission Update for Mission-scoped broadcasts or Open Incident/SOS for safety escalation.
