GoodNearby Media Library Page

What This Page Does​

Manages the selected Program media library used by GoodNearby, including uploads, metadata, tags, review status, Program-only publishing, and public GoodNearby approval.

How To Use This Page​

  1. Open Programs > GoodNearby Site > Media Library.
  2. Confirm the active program in the sidebar before reviewing images.
  3. Upload staff-supplied images into the same Program-scoped Media Library used elsewhere in Mission Control.
  4. Search or filter by visibility and consent status to find images that need review.
  5. Select an image to update title, description, alt text, consent status, minor-related status, and tags.
  6. Request review, publish publicly for GoodNearby, publish to program volunteers only, unpublish, reject, archive, or restore the selected image.
  7. Refresh the gallery and confirm the status badge shows the intended audience or unpublished state.
