What This Page Does
Provides the program-scoped operations workspace for schedule, volunteers, communications, readiness, replacement coverage, and GoodNearby public-site work. Disaster Response / Emergency Management Programs with deployment assignments enabled can assign approved Program volunteers to Mission shifts while keeping schedule, check-in, hours, notifications, and reporting aligned.
How To Use This Page
- Open the Program Operations workspace for the selected Program.
- Use workspace routes to jump into portal, Missions, roster, scheduling, attendance, communication, incident, report, or settings workflows with the Program scope preserved.
- Review Replacement coverage when volunteers request Mission shift coverage, choose an eligible replacement who is already signed up for the same shift, then approve or reject the request.
- Refresh the workspace after decisions and confirm the request status reflects the latest staff action.
