My Schedule Page

What This Page Does

Shows one volunteer calendar with available and signed-up Missions plus Events, then provides mission attendance and safety actions. In the Volunteer sidebar, Schedule is grouped under Missions so discovery and signed-up commitments stay together.

How To Use This Page

1. Open Missions, then choose My Schedule from the grouped navigation.
2. Review the combined month, week, or agenda calendar for available and signed-up Missions and Events.
3. Filter by date, signup state, or item type to focus the schedule.
4. Confirm whether each Mission is scheduled, pending approval, waitlisted, canceled, or in the live check-in window before you plan around it.
5. Open a Mission or Event from the calendar or agenda list to review details, RSVP, or jump into Mission details.
6. In the Android app, use the permission banner to enable precise location or camera access when needed; AidOrbit refreshes eligible Mission/Event windows on the device about every two hours and only starts location tracking on days when you have a Mission shift or Event.
7. Use check-in, check-out, correction, calendar, directions, replacement coverage, cancellation, shift-change, or Report issue actions when they are available on signed-up Mission cards.
8. Check the cancellation policy first because some Missions close self-cancellation before the shift begins.
9. Confirm the schedule reflects the latest registration, RSVP, or attendance status.
