Account Settings Page

What This Page Does

Combines signed-in user login security, email updates, password updates for password-managed accounts, social sign-in status, authenticator-app two-factor authentication, privacy and connected access review, deactivation requests, display, localization, accessibility, dashboard, and notification preferences for authenticated Mission Control without changing organization or program configuration.

How To Use This Page

  1. Open the user menu, then Account Settings.
  2. Use Security & Login to review email verification, change email or password-managed account passwords, see connected Google or Facebook sign-in status, and manage two-factor authentication.
  3. Scan the two-factor setup QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or another compatible authenticator app; use the manual key only when scanning is unavailable.
  4. Use Appearance to choose Dark, Light, or System mode for authenticated Mission Control; Dark remains the default and System follows the current device setting.
  5. Confirm the selected appearance updates the current workspace immediately.
  6. Stay signed in long enough for AidOrbit to save the selected mode to your account; the same choice also remains available from this device if account sync is temporarily unavailable.
  7. Review localization, accessibility, saved dashboards, notification preferences, privacy, connected organizations, and connected programs before leaving the page.
  8. Use Settings when the change affects organization controls, skill definitions, qualification rules, or badge settings. Use Program Settings when the change affects program profile, governance, GoodNearby visibility, location defaults, or program badge templates.
