Lets users maintain profile, contact, bio, home address, photo, skills, availability, credentials, hours, recognition, emergency, demographic, volunteer-visible organization custom field, and volunteer-visible program custom field information. Account security, login, privacy, connected access, and personal usability preferences live in Account Settings. Birth date is required so AidOrbit can calculate age-dependent readiness without asking users to maintain a separate age range. Program Leaders should keep mobile phone current because badge templates can use it as the program contact phone.
